Terms of service

Vendo Store is run by a small team in Kerala, India. We sell the products listed on this store directly to you, and ship them from our partner warehouses in India.

You must be 18 or older, or shopping under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Orders are for personal use, not resale.

We try to describe every product accurately. Photos are representative: colours, packaging and small details may vary slightly from batch to batch. Where it's relevant, the product page shows the country of origin and any warranty.

If a product isn't as described, you're covered by our Returns and refunds policy.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay. We don't offer cash on delivery.

If a price is clearly wrong because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've paid.

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, your PIN code isn't serviceable, or the order looks fraudulent. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Returns and refunds policy. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

Please don't misuse the store: no fake orders, payment fraud, scraping, attempts to break or overload the site, or abusive messages to our team. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

All content on this store (text, photos, logos and design) belongs to Vendo or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

Please use every product as its instructions say. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, or our liability where it can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most problems are sorted out quickly. If a dispute can't be resolved, the courts at Kerala have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a complaint or a request about your personal data, you can escalate it to our Grievance Officer:
